Jay-Z might have said he was off Timberlands, but he was clearly fronting, hence the reason why they were not exploding in the D.O.A video. Jay-Z turned up to the MTV VMA’s 2009 wearing some standard black-on-black 6′ Timberland Boots. Who else showed up wearing the same boot, none other than award show stage-crasher Kanye West. The Roc was definitely in the building, and representing but who wore them better?
